Product Description:

This product is a silicone wax dispersion developed for the water-based ink and coating industry, which can improve the wear resistance, transparency, anti adhesion and other properties of coatings, while also having excellent smoothness.

3、 Usage suggestions

1. It is recommended to add this product in the later stage of production. If it is added during the preparation process, attention should be paid to the dispersion effect and its impact on viscosity.

2. The recommended dosage for this product is 2% -5% of the water-based coating, and the specific dosage needs to be determined by the user based on experiments.

2. This product can be added to water-soluble resins, water-based emulsion resins, or water-based pigment pastes.

4、 Packaging specifications

50kg/plastic drum, 120kg/plastic drum.

This product is a non flammable and non explosive hazardous material. It should be stored in a ventilated and dry environment at 5-30 ℃, avoiding exposure to sunlight and freezing. After use, it should be sealed in a container and have a shelf life of 12 months.
